Several companies whether they are big, medium and small spent huge budgets on SAP implementations. But when they select or hire a System Integrator (SI) and spend millions of dollars hoping to reengineer their business processes. But stark reality is something different. System Integrators are selected based on their name but not on the actual record of implementing SAP software. There is no quality control on the quality of work delivered.
After implementation, users found faulty design and implementation, which results in creeping of ‘dissatisfaction’ and ‘frustration’. In the post implementation, clients are constrained to live with the faulty implementations of SAP.
